The window was created in Maya . It is rigged - it can be opened and closed. Textures were done in Substance Painter.
The pictures were rendered in Arnold/Maya.

Glass is set up as Planes with Leave Planes on Outside Side of the window - glass texture is not included in the Texture Folder( We used the Glass preset in Maya). The Geometry for the Glass for the Windows is Included in the fbx. file.
