Hello Everyone!

My name is Aleksandra Miteva and I am the Founder of DodoMesh Studios.

I started learning 3D Modelling and Animation 2 and a half years ago. I started learning with Blender and then I slowly developed my skills for Maya, ZBrush and Substance Painter. I work as a freelancer and I like working on personal projects in my free time☺️.

I am a mother of two beautiful girls and, even though, I find it challenging, at times, I do try and find the time to work on Personal Projects because it helps me learn so much!

I specialise in 3D Modelling, Rigging and Animation.

Have you ever created a Rig, Simulation or Animation where it works beautifully and then when you want to use the same method in another project you can't remember how you managed to do it, in a first place?🙈 Well, it happens to me all the time! Recently I actually used, in a freelance project, the same set up that I did for Pascal's tail rig, believe it or not, watching the video, that I previously recorded, saved me so much time! Otherwise I would have needed to go and check the file itself and figure out how I did all the connections to the Rig!

Since I am a self learner, my only resources were the online videos that I could find. But with every video tutorial, I was finding myself hitting a wall, one way or the other - my tools would not work the same way, like in the tutorial, or the software version would be different, or something in my set up would break and I would not know how to fix it...then I would spend time researching how to fix the issues that I have encountered....🙈 and so on and so on...this is the second reason why I have started recording my work. In the hope of helping poor soles, like me, hopefully speeding up their learning process and mine! Don't get me wrong, I know that the more research we do, on a single matter, the more we learn from it, but it is still nice to break that wall, we hit, sooner rather than later! This is why I have recorded even the problems that I have encountered, as well as, how I have managed to figure out solutions 😉

I am really hoping you will find these series of videos interesting and helpful, and last but not least, if you are interested in following all my projects, please Subscribe to my youtube channel, to check, now and again, my journey of creating and animating amazing Characters and Props.

New videos are uploaded weekly.

Thank you for taking the time to watch my videos!
